We are a full service scrap metal recycling company
dedicated to serving the Mid-West with superior services.  
Franklin Surplus has been a family owned operation since
the 1920s.

Leading the company today are owners Robert Franklin
and Frank Franklin.  Through their leadership we are
continuing to grow and expand into new markets.

In January of 2003 we opened up our doors once again to
the public.  Now individuals can bring in their scrap metal
and we will weigh it and pay you for it on the spot.

Serving over thirteen states in the U.S., we can be counted
